First of all, Paul comes from a small town where he saw first hand the implications of local businesses succeeding or failing. Success of failure of a small business affects the whole community. This background inspired Paul to want to help businesses and communities professionally and led to Paul becoming a chartered accountant and certified business advisor.

Throughout Paul’s career, he has built on this deep understanding and commitment to the wellbeing and success of small businesses. Paul recognised the importance of education for business owners and the difficulties many face in finding high quality advice. Advice that is also easily accessible and free.

When you throw in the disruptions from Covid lockdowns there is even more pressure on small businesses. That is why The Business Behind Your Business was created.
