We are joined by Daniel Munday, the host of Small Business Dads podcast and the owner and manager of DPM Performance, who specialise in supporting the fitness needs of people who are 40+ years old.

We talk about some of the tools and strategies we use in creating a podcast, plus we discuss the challenges and triumphs of running a business and balancing that with family life.

Check out our Behind the Scenes blog for more information on the podcasting tools we love to use.

Daniel Munday has been in the fitness industry since 2000 and running DPM Performance since 2005. He helps busy 40 plus women and men feel more energised, less stressed and be more active with personal and small group training options.

The DPM philosophy is customising short, effective workouts to maximise results and minimise the time needed to accomplish them, all without fad diets, vomit inducing workouts, sit ups or burpees.

He is also the host of the Small Business Dads podcast which aims to go deeper than the usual business podcasts by focusing more on the guest, what makes them tick and of course finding out about their passion for being a dad. He is married with 2 young girls (7 and 3).

Paul Sweeney Chartered Accountant & Business Advisor, launched Pretium Solutions after a long and successful career in accounting and business advisory. Paul credits his passion for small business with growing up in country NSW, where family-run businesses were the cornerstone of everyday life.

For Paul, the driving force behind The Business Behind Your Business was to make high end, proactive, directed and value-based advisory services available to small to medium businesses.

Paul brings to the table decades of experience as a highly qualified accountant and business advisor at every level of business. Through consulting, coaching and on-the-ground training and operations, his focus is on unlocking the untapped potential for greater profitability. Paul’s qualifications allow him to pair strategic advice with an advanced understanding of taxation and compliance matters.
