44 – Casual Employment Changes – A Good News Story for Employers

Recent amendments to the Fair Work Act 2009 (FW Act) change the workplace entitlements and obligations for casual employees.
These changes came into effect on 27 March 2021.
In February 2021 (episode 24) Paul Cripps and Philip van den Heever discussed the changes that were in the pipeline for casual employment.
